TC, The Collector, has quietly been putting together a dope body of work over the last couple of years. He’s definitely one of the smoothest underrated artists that has come through this platform in a while. In his new album, Imperfectville, he nicely blends true lyricism over Jazzy Christian Hip Hop instrumentals. TC’s Imperfectville absolutely gets the nod.
